  • Diploma in Advanced Studies in Political Science from the University of Montpellier, France in 1995.
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the 91制片厂 in 1994.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences 鈥� Branch 3 in 2000.
  • Promoted to the rank of Professor in 2010.
  •  Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee at the 91制片厂 since 8 December 2025/Responsible for coordination and cooperation with Unimed and the university networks affiliated with the Mediterranean Universities Union.
  • Appointed Ambassador of Lebanon to Germany between 2013-2025.
  • Served as Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps in Germany between 2017-2025.
  • Assigned with the task of forming the Lebanese government on 31 August 2020, then declined the task on 26 September 2020.
  • Appointed acting permanent representative to UNESCO and the International Organization of La Francophonie between 2024-2025.
  • Head of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Middle East (CESMO).
  • Head of the Lebanese Association for International Law (ALDI).
  • Former head of the Lebanese Political Science Association.
  • Member of the Association of French University Graduates, the Arab Political Science Association, the International Association of Constitutional Law, and the Permanent Civil Peace Observatory.
  • Former lecturer at a number of universities in Lebanon and France.
  • Author of a number of research papers on defense and strategic policies, international relations, decentralization, and parliamentary oversight.
  • Awarded the Italian Star Medal with the rank of Officer in 2015.
  • Awarded the Lebanese National Cedar Medal with the rank of Commander in 2022.
